What is Mixinit?
Mixinit is a members-only platform for professional DJs, operated by Crooklyn Clan Inc. It brings custom multipack building, curated collections, and a digital vault together in one account.
What is a multipack?
A multipack is a collection prepared for your DJ library. Mixinit offers curated packs and containers you can fill with your own selections from the member catalog.
How do I build a custom multipack?
Sign in, choose and purchase a container, then open it in the Filling Station. Search the available catalog and fill the container with your selections. When it is full, finalize it so Mixinit can prepare your download.
Can I browse the catalog without an account?
The track catalog, pack store, builder, and personal vault require member access. This public guide explains the service; sign in to see the collections and options available to your account.
How do I access legacy purchases?
Use the account-linking option on the homepage with the email address used for your original Mixinit purchases. Legacy packs are delivered as their original ZIP packages. Contact support if purchases are missing after linking your account.
How do download access windows work?
Purchases include three access windows. A window begins when a ready download starts and lasts 72 hours. Retries during that active window do not consume another window. Keep a local backup of your downloaded files and check your vault for the status of each purchase.
Where do I get help?
Sign in and use the contact page for account, billing, download, or technical help. Members can also open the Help guide for detailed instructions. Include the pack name and relevant order reference when contacting support about a purchase.
