User Agreement
Effective date: April 23, 2026. These terms govern member access to Mixinit professional DJ curation, DJ-ready edits, delivery tools, and digital services.
Acceptance and Member Eligibility
By creating an account, signing in, purchasing, downloading, streaming previews, building packs, or otherwise using Mixinit, you agree to this User Agreement and all applicable laws.
Mixinit is a members-only professional DJ platform. You represent that you are a professional DJ, music programmer, venue/event music operator, radio/club DJ, or an authorized buyer obtaining DJ workflow services for professional use.
You may access Mixinit only for bona fide professional DJ workflow purposes. You may not create, maintain, or use an account to inspect, scrape, monitor, reverse engineer, copy, compete with, disrupt, harass, investigate, or collect information about Mixinit, its members, its files, or its operations outside the public DMCA/contact process.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and Access Control
You are responsible for account activity under your credentials and for maintaining account security.
You must provide accurate information and keep your contact details up to date.
You may not share logins, pool accounts, transfer access, bypass download controls, or allow non-members to use member-only files or tools.
Rights-holder concerns, licensing questions, media inquiries, and non-member legal notices must be submitted through the public DMCA page or contact form rather than through member account access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
Service Fees, Not Music Ownership
Mixinit charges for professional DJ services, including curation, packaging, DJ-ready edits, sequencing, access tools, account delivery, storage, and operational platform services.
Fees paid to Mixinit are not a sale of music copyrights, sound recording copyrights, publishing rights, artist rights, label rights, master ownership, or any other ownership interest in underlying musical works or sound recordings.
Any file access is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and only for professional DJ workflow use as permitted by law, rights holders, and this agreement.
Professional DJ Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for obtaining any public performance, venue, broadcast, streaming, synchronization, mechanical, neighboring-rights, union, or other licenses required for your specific use, event, territory, platform, or business.
You may not use Mixinit materials in a way that competes with consumer music sales, creates a standalone music catalog, offers files for public download, or substitutes for purchasing or licensing music from rights holders.
You must comply with all applicable copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, export, tax, and platform rules that apply to your use.
Redistribution Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly host, post, stream on demand, upload to file-sharing services, leak, trade, scrape, extract, reverse engineer, or otherwise make Mixinit files available to unauthorized parties.
You may not remove watermarks, metadata, identifiers, security measures, or other access-control information.
You are responsible for securely storing downloaded files and preventing unauthorized copying from your devices, drives, cloud storage, DJ library, or account.
Member Curation and Public Configurations
Where the platform allows members to create, save, or share configurations, those configurations represent DJ curation choices and platform packaging; they do not transfer ownership of underlying music rights.
You may not submit, publish, or promote content or configurations that you know or should know infringe rights, violate law, mislead other members, or encourage unauthorized distribution.
We may remove, disable, hide, or limit any item, configuration, account, download, or feature when necessary to protect members, rights holders, or platform operations.
Rights Holder Notices
Rights holders may submit copyright concerns through the public DMCA page or contact form. We review rights-holder notices and may remove or restrict access while a notice is evaluated.
Members must cooperate with reasonable investigations into unauthorized redistribution, account sharing, fraud, rights complaints, or misuse.
Nothing in this agreement limits rights-holder remedies or Mixinit's ability to take action required by law, payment processors, hosting providers, or platform safety obligations.
Payments and Taxes
Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before purchase.
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.
You are responsible for any taxes, fees, local obligations, chargebacks, or payment disputes connected to your purchases or account activity.
Termination and Survival
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to protect members, rights holders, payment integrity, security, or platform operations.
Certain obligations survive termination, including payment obligations, professional-use limits, confidentiality, account-security duties, and restrictions on unauthorized redistribution.
Disclaimers and Liability
Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mixinit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages.
Mixinit does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that your specific use satisfies licensing or rights-clearance requirements.
Changes to This Agreement
We may revise this agreement from time to time. We may require renewed acceptance before continued member access.
Continued use after updates means you accept the revised agreement.
